Where the Heart Is

Where the Heart Is - Billie Letts This book was a nauseating experience of southern caricatures. The characters were adorned each with a set of quaint, innocuous attributes, as if the author had a "character wheel" she spun to gather a set of random traits for each. It was an attempt at Bean Trees, but lacking in any truth or integrity.

This is one of the books the demons will read aloud to me in hell after I die.
